The year was 1978 when a new restaurant, La Paz, opened its doors in
Frederick City. Fast forward to 2006 where a renewed and updated La Paz
has become a reality in a beautiful new building located at 51 South
Market Street, along the Carroll Creek Promenade. We’ve brought all of
our history and memories with us to our new home which features
creekside dining on our spacious patio, handicap accessibility, and
colorful and festive décor. Our menu still offers all of your favorites,
along with some exciting new additions and our two expanded bars
feature our legendary margaritas and homemade sangria. We look forward
to seeing you in our wonderful new home. The journey continues and the
best is yet to come—at La Paz!
